Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VConnector (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including administrators, developers, and support personnel.
Service Description
VConnector provides a platform that keeps your VICIdial contact center and your CRM in sync. The Service includes automatic call-result delivery, field mapping, campaign management, CRM integrations, referral tracking, and administrative tools.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality and all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. One account per organization; sub-accounts available on Enterprise plans.
Subscription & Billing
Plans: Free, Pro, Enterprise. Billed monthly or annually. Prices subject to change with 30 days notice. No refunds for partial months unless required by law. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at period end. Failed payments may result in service suspension after 7 days.
Free Plan
Free Plan: $0/month, 150 call results/month, 1 campaign, no credit card required. Upgrade anytime.
Acceptable Use
You may not: (a) violate laws or regulations; (b) infringe intellectual property; (c) transmit malware or harmful code; (d) interfere with Service operation; (e) reverse engineer the Service; (f) resell without authorization; (g) exceed rate limits; (h) use for spam, fraud, or illegal telemarketing.
Intellectual Property
VConnector and all content, features, and functionality (excluding your data) are owned by vconnector.io and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of your data. Feedback you provide becomes our property.
Your Data
You own all data you submit. We process it per our Privacy Policy. You grant us license to host, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your call data, leads, or CRM records.
Service Level & Availability
We work hard to keep the service available and we schedule maintenance in advance where we can. We do not offer a contractual uptime SLA or service credits, and we are not responsible for outages at your dialer or CRM provider.
Termination
You may cancel anytime from account settings. Service continues until period end. We may terminate for material breach (7 days cure notice), non-payment (7 days notice), or legal requirement. On termination: access revoked, data exported on request, deleted within 30 days.
Disclaimers
Service provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. No guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Not liable for VICIdial/CRM compatibility issues beyond our control. No warranty for third-party integrations.
Limitation of Liability
To maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability limited to fees paid in preceding 12 months. This limitation applies regardless of legal theory.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless vconnector.io from claims arising from: your use of the Service, your data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
Governing Law
These Terms governed by laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved in Delaware state/federal courts. You consent to personal jurisdiction there. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. Material changes: 30 days notice via email/in-app. Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, cancel before effective date.
