Create your free account — no credit card required. The whole setup usually takes less than ten minutes.
Open the Credentials page and add your VICIdial server details:
Server URL: https://your-vicidial-server.com
API User: your_api_user
API Password: your_api_passwordChoose your CRM from HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and more, then sign in to authorize the connection. Your existing data comes along automatically.
Go to the Campaigns page and click Add Campaign. The setup flow checks the connection, verifies your settings, and finishes the wiring for you.
The moment the first call wraps up, its record appears in your CRM — with the right fields filled in. From here, everything runs by itself.
Once you connect your dialer and your CRM, every completed call is reflected in your CRM automatically — no exports, no re-keying, nothing left to do at the end of the day.
